Upon reservation, you will be asked to confirm the booking with a 50% deposit.
Online payments are processed via the secure payment platform Stripe.
Stripe only supports credit card payments.

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
By making the first payment via Stripe, you authorize the automatic debiting of the remaining balance for the stay.

For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is requested
In this situation, there is no collection of the remaining balance

Cancellation by the guest

The following cancellation conditions apply:
More than 60 days before arrival:
→ 25% of the total stay amount is due
Between 60 and 30 days before arrival:
→ 50% of the total stay amount is due
Less than 30 days before arrival:
→ 100% of the total stay amount is due
In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be given.
Cancellation by the owner
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the reservation, all amounts already paid will be refunded in full.
No further compensation can be claimed.
Cancellation insurance
We recommend that guests take out their own travel/cancellation insurance for unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or force majeure).
