POLICY RESERVATIONS &  CANCELLATIONS

Considering bookings through our website revedusud.info

Reservation

• After reservation you will receive a payment request for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 

• Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

• The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

• For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount will be requested immediately.

Cancellation by the guest

Cancellations must be communicated in writing (by e-mail) via revedusud.fr@gmail.com 

The following cancellation conditions apply:

• More than 60 days before arrival → the deposit will not be refunded

• Between 60 and 30 days before arrival → 50% of the total rental price is due

• Less than 30 days before arrival → 100% of the total rental price is due

In case of a no-show (not arriving without notice), no refund will be made.

Cancellation by Rêve du Sud

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the reservation, the amount already paid will be refunded in full.  

No further claims for compensation can be made.

Cancellation insurance                            

We advise our guests to take out cancellation insurance themselves for unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or force majeure).
